A bit about me…

I am a regular mum, a wife, a lover of farmers markets, and an adventure seeker. But for as long as I can remember, my deepest passion has been understanding how true self-care begins from the inside out.

Nourishing my three kids with weird, wonderful, and nutrient-dense recipes seriously sparks joy for me. For years, I’ve devoted myself to studying nutrition, gut health, and the profound connection between the gut and the brain. But as I deepened my own wellness journey, I realized that true vitality isn't just about what we put in our bodies—it’s also about the emotional and energetic weight we carry within them. This realization is what led me to integrate the grounding, restorative healing of Reiki and Kinesiology into my practice.

Many meals in my house come together through pure experimentation. When a recipe doesn’t quite work out as planned, my kids affectionately refer to it as a 'not quite' meal. I love this phrase because it keeps the kitchen a fun, happy place without the exhausting pressure of perfection.

That is exactly the energy I bring to my clients. Whether we are mapping out gut-healing recipes or uncovering deep-seated emotional stressors in a 1-on-1 healing session, we leave perfection at the door.
