A Few Things to Know
Sessions are held in a calm, private setting designed to help you feel at ease from the moment you arrive
Please arrive a few minutes early so we can begin gently and without rush
Wear comfortable clothing — you remain fully clothed throughout
Water is encouraged before and after your session to support your body's natural processing

Booking & Deposits
To secure your appointment, a $20 deposit is required at the time of booking. This is deducted from your total on the day, so you'll pay the remaining balance when we meet.
Deposits are non-refundable if cancellation occurs within 24 hours of your appointment. If you need to reschedule, I ask that you give as much notice as possible so I can offer your spot to someone else who may need it.
